MyPower - Up tempo fat burning Boxing cardio workouts.

MyStrength - Functional loaded movement exercises uses a 3.5KG Sandbell.

MyCore - Slow tempo core work with adapted Pilates and Yoga moves.

*MyChoice – Optional workout, choose from MyPower, MyStrength, MyCore, or choose to rest, it’s entirely up to you.

You will get 2 DVDs as part of the 12 week programme, a wall planner for tracking progress and a 3.5kg Hyperwear Sandbell.
